We ship pan-India from our packing station in Jaipur, Rajasthan. All orders are hand-packed with love and shipped in eco-friendly, food-safe packaging.
1. Order processing time
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day or the next business day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays are dispatched on the following business day.
- You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link on email and WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–3 business days
- Tier-2 & tier-3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Northeast India, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar: 5–8 business days
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹60 shipping
- Cash on Delivery: additional ₹40 handling fee
4. Courier partners
We ship through Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post. The courier is auto-assigned based on your pincode and the fastest available route. You cannot choose a specific courier at checkout, but you can request one over WhatsApp before dispatch and we'll do our best.
5. Tracking your order
Every order comes with a live tracking link, sent to you via WhatsApp and email at the time of dispatch. You can also reply to our WhatsApp message any time for an update — we usually respond within a few hours during working days.
6. Serviceable pincodes
We deliver to 27,000+ pincodes across India. If your pincode isn't serviceable, our website will let you know at checkout. In such cases, we can often arrange delivery through India Post — please write to us at jaipurchaico@gmail.com.
7. International shipping
We're working on it! Right now we ship only within India. Sign up to our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when international shipping opens.
8. Delivery attempts & failed deliveries
- Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is reachable — most failed deliveries happen due to unanswered calls.
- If all 3 attempts fail and the parcel returns to us, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (reshipment charges may apply).
9. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please do not accept it and mark it as damaged with the delivery agent. Then take a photo and email us at jaipurchaico@gmail.com within 48 hours. We'll investigate and send a free replacement.
