Yes — absolutely, unconditionally. No cancellation fee, no minimum term, no awkward retention calls. Log into your account dashboard and cancel with one click, or drop us a message and we'll handle it same day.
From your account dashboard, navigate to "My Subscription" and hit "Change Blend". You can swap before each delivery — just do it 48 hours before your next dispatch date and we'll pack the new one.
Skip a delivery from your dashboard — no penalty, and your subscription simply resumes the following month. You can skip as many months as you like.
You're charged on the same date each month (the date you first subscribed). For annual plans, one upfront payment at signup. You'll always receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge.
We'll never change your price without giving you at least 30 days' notice. If we do raise prices, your existing plan is always grandfathered at the original rate for 3 months after the change.
Yes! We offer 3-month, 6-month and 12-month gift subscriptions. Contact us and we'll set it up with a personalised gift card delivered digitally or physically.
